Cold drink dispenser need very little maintenance. The following minimum care is recommended:

                                             

1- Keep the condenser coil clean. Use condenser cleaning brush to clean visible dust and lint from

the surface of the  coil, once every month. This will allow full ventilation of parts inside.

2- Lubricate all rubber seals (bowl gasket and dispensing valve gasket, O-ring) and moving parts ,

(Impeller pin, bearing sleeve and impeller pin).

    

Do not allow Bacteria take custody of your beverage and food dispensing equipment

Sanitize dispensers every week or as recommended by local Health authorities
