LUX PLUS
Ideal grinder
for home use
Professional coffee mill with stainless
steel body. The tempered steel conical burrs generate
less heat with 600 RPM compared with 1650 RPM of
flat disc burrs. A low milling speed extends the life of burrs
and it ensures the coffee is not overheated, leading to a
burnt flavour. Unlike flat grinders, the conical type
allow coffee to be ground and graded to exactly the right
particle size. The LUX is designed to
maintain the coffee's quality and aroma intact.
The Ceramic burrs is promoted on false
grounds. The Ceramic burrs may have a loger life than steel
burrs but the Ceramic burrs are operated by a plastic gear
which gets damaged too soon and renders the Ceramic burr
useless.

Conical Burrs
grinder:
Manufactured in
Italy, the
Virtuoso's burrs are of the same material and durability as
the industry's highest-quality line of commercial conical burr
coffee grinders. The burrs rotate slowly minimizing
the heat during grinding of the beans and preserve the
flavor.
40mm
commercial-grade conical burrs yield the consistent grind that
is critical for a perfect espresso or brewed coffee
