Achille Gaggia  and Gaggia Factory Achille Gaggia is new Lever model machine. We did not find any happy owner of this model. If the lever models are a preference, we recommend LaPavoni Professional lever operated model.(Compare diagrams). descaled your espresso machine lately? It is the single most important maintenance for all

Use "Perfect crema filter basket"  for pre-infusion. It builds accurately 9 Bars extraction pressure.

Use Gaggia "Perfect Crema filter" to pull classic shots of espresso without effort or failure.

We do not recommend adjustable Over pressure valves or other modifications.

Instructions for Perfect crema filter cup: Use coarser grind like the size of table salt grain. Level coffee grounds in the filter. Lock the Portafilter into the group ring. Pull the handle all the way to the right. Make sure there is no gap between coffee and filter screen. Turn espresso hot water switch on.  Crema disc delays extraction (pre-infusion) and builds extraction pressure to 9 bars. Always use Shot glass for testing quality and adjustment of espresso variables. Pull shots of maximum 2-Oz. only.
