Special instructions: When using Perfect Crema filter (#21000491): Use coarser grind like the size of table salt grain. Level the cup with coffee grounds. (No tamping). Lock the Portafilter into the group ring. Turn espresso hot water switch on.  Crema filter pre-infuses and builds extraction pressure to 9 bars. Pull shots of  max. 2-Oz. only. Use a shot glass to check color of espresso & thickness of crema.
