ship parts and dispensers to selected destinationsin the world.
The following information is required
for International shipping:
| 1- Name, "ship to" address and contact phone
number. |
| 2- Part number model of dispenser,
electric voltage. |
| 3- e-mail a picture of the part when
model and part number is not known. |

| International orders can be placed on
our online store www.shop.partsguru.com. |

We accept payment through PayPal or by Visa
and Master Credit cards. (American Express is not
accepted). |
| Credit cards purchase limit is
US$500.00. Payment over this amount can be wire
transferred to our Bank. |
| Bank details will be notified the
when necessary. Credit card billing address and ship to
address should be same. |
| Transaction processing Gateways apply
currency exchange rates on the date a transaction
is processed. |

digits of the card number. |

number, the name of the card holder and Credit

| Customers from the Continent of Africa must pay by
Money order or pay cash in advance. Merchandise cannot be
picked up by by a person or local representative. |

| Orders can be processed fast
when Paypal transaction ID is e-mailed to us upon completion

up to 15 days when ship to address is different from the
billing address. |

Shipping
method |
| We use TNT Courier service with
tracking number. Most shipments are delivered in 3-days. Small
items up to 0.45 Kg. are shipped using minimum shipment
cost. |
| The minimum shipping charge to most addresses in
Europe is $30.00 for Door to Door delivery (not including
import duty or local taxes) |
| UPS is expensive and may charge additional customs
handling fee. |
| We do not process/follow up claims for damage
or loss in shipping. We provide information that will help
buyers file claim. |
| The International
Airmail parcel service is without
any tracking back up. We will ship items
using International Priority Service and provide proof of
shipment.No postal status inquiries will be answered.
