We are vehemently against
the discrminating practices of Jura Electrical equipment company in
USA.
This Swiss company is
cintinually experimenting on improving their espresso machines and
will not allow owners of Jura machines to fix the simplest repairs.
Jura USA will not allow any Service centers in USA or supply parts.
This company has blocked European dealers from supplying any orders
from USA. We comdemn these practices and do not sell or recommend
Jura espresso machines to any new buyers. We certainly know that
Saeco fully automatic espresso machines like Vienna Plus, Royal
Coffee Bar and Royal One Touch models are 10 times better and
available at 1/2 the price. We can debate the above facts with Jura
management if they care to.

easy to access and clean. Too many small
plastic parts. Ceramic burr grinder is cause of
frequent malfunctions . Soft silicone hoses with Oetiker
clamped Silicone hoses leak frequently.

After sale service |
Two year
warranty cost is included in the selling price of & makes
the machines over priced. Jura parts are not sold like
Saeco parts are. Jura does not have authorized service
centers or parts dealer in USA. |
Saeco offers an open service and parts
service. Magic, Royal and Vienna models have been the
best machines for over 20 years. Every State has one or more
Service centers.One year warranty is amongst the best
available in USA. |
In 2006 BMW designed machines Odea, Talea,
Primea & Platinum models have been
introduced.These machines are complicated. We do not
recommend or sell these models. |

Without access, the brew group cannot
be cleaned for months at a stretch. Jura machine owners cannot
find parts and there are no service facilities. We do not
recommend or sell this Brand. |
Saeco maintains a generous policy to train
technicians and have more than one Service centers in every
State. Parts are available
easily. |
The complicated design and plastic parts
cause frequent leakage,and malfunctions. We do not recommend
or sell BMW designed models of
Saeco. |
