We do not sell of recommend any Jura espresso machine.	There are more than 2 Saeco authorized Service centers in each State. Oarts are freely available. Machines are easy to repair and trouble shoot.	The BMW designed machines look good but have lot of problems.We do not sell or recommend these models.

User manual & Maintenance	New Jura machines include two tablets to clean the brew group. The cleaning cartridge in the water tank is good for removing odor but does not descale.	User manual provides information on adjustments, cleaning brew group, descaling and troubleshooting Convenient control buttons.	Good looks but complicated maintenance and adjustments. BMW machines are not user friendly.
Brew group	Jura brew group is a very complicated design, located in the center of the machine with no access for cleaning. It is the filthiest part in the machine.	Simple design brew group. Easy to remove, rinse, clean and lube. Very user friendly. We recommend Saeco fully automatic models.	Ceramic burr grinder is cause of frequent malfunctions. Clamped Silicone hoses is a inefficient system which causes frequent leakages.
After sale service	The cost of two year warranty makes the machines over priced. Jura parts are not sold like Saeco parts are. Jura does not have authorized service centers or parts dealer in USA.	Saeco offers an open service and parts service. Magic, Royal and Vienna models have been the best machines for over 20 years. Every State has one or more Service centers.One year warranty is amongst the best available in USA.	In 2006 BMW designed machines Odea, Talea, Primea & Platinum models have been introduced.These machines are complicated. We do not recommend or sell these models.
Comments	Unclean Jura Brew group is a health hazard. Jura parts are blocked by Company for sale in USA. There are no service facilities in USA. We do not recommend or sell Jura machines. Saeco fully automatic machines are 10 times better at 1/2 price..	Saeco trains technicians and have more than one Service centers in every State. Parts are available easily. Fully automatic models Vienna Plus, Royal Coffee Bar and Royal One Touch models are 10 times better than Jura machines at 1/2 price.	The complicated design and plastic parts cause frequent leakage,and malfunctions. The grinder is cause of frequent breakdowns. We do not recommend or sell BMW designed machines.

Jura Brew group is the major item with moving parts. It must be clean for effortless brewing of coffee.

Saeco and Gaggia Brew groups are removable for cleaning daily. Jura brew group is located

in the center of the machine and not easy to remove, clean or fix leaks.

Jura brew group causes the following frequent malfunctions:

1- drain valve and hose connections leak.

2- coffee grounds jam the brew group movements

3- worn O-rings and gaskets block brewing functions

4- accumulation of dried coffee and Calcium sediment blocks the moving parts

5- brew group does not return to its home position and triggers warning lights or message.

We strongly recommend that every Jura machine owner who has tools and time

to clean and sanitize Brew group every 6 months.
