models provide hot water and steam for making espresso, and
make a conversation piece. |
| These machines do not meet basic
essentials for making good espresso. Example: 1- Water is not
instantly heated. |
| 2- The steam pressure of
1-Bar (15 P.S.I.) is not enough. Operators use lever manually
to beef up extraction pressure |

3- The extraction pressure
is not constant and depends on the variable force of the
pull. These machines make coffee. The Professional
model has 16-cup tank with a reset thermostat for
temperature control and a pressure gauge for
steam control. Relatively expensive and we do not
recommend its purchase. We sell parts.
