All Merchandise sold by Services
unlimited, Inc. is carefully selected to be the best in each
category. When there is need for return of merchandise, we apply the
following process to be followed:
1- Merchandise ordered on the shopping
cart
- Information made available on each
item sold on the shopping cart must be reviewed carefully for its
size, color, voltage and price as stated for each item. It is
buyer's responsibility to know the Brand and model of the
dispenser for which purchase is being made.
- Upon receiving the merchandise, all
items must be checked for damage, shortages or erros and must
be notified within a week.
- Merchandise shipped in
error will be replaced without additional shipping charge. We
will pay return shipping cost only if shipment of wrong item
was our mistake.
- Claims for damage in shipping will be
according to regulations as laid down by the Carrier. We use UPS,
TNT and US Postal Services. Claims for damage must be
notified to the Carrier and a Claim number obtained for all future
follow up and correspondence. Visible damage to package must be
noted on the delivery receipt before the drive leaves. Services
Unlimited, Inc. will not process or follow up any
claims.
2- Merchandise ordered over the
phone:
Orders are processed based on the
information given over the phone. Part numbers, model, Voltage
and color information must be accurate. Replacement will be
subject to availability. Shipping charges will not be refunded if
replacement item is not available.
Items will be back ordered if not in
stock.
3- A Return Merchandise
Authorization will be issued for return of new machines. New
machines must be packaged using original packing
materials and all accessories and User's manual must be
returned with the machine.
4- Special order items require 50%
advance deposit. Sale of special order merchandise is final. No
refund of the deposited amount will be
made.
5- We make every effort to conduct fair
business and we do everything to satisfy customers. Returns due to
change mind or due to price shopping is subject to 25%
re-stocking fee. Credit card charge backs for refunds is not
acceptable.
6- Return of merchandise with
manufacturing defect will be refered to the manufacturer for
repalcement or refunds. We will extend every assistence to
help our customers to resolve the matter.
We avoid legal process for resolving
disagreements. Our on call Attorneys have not received any call for
many years. We appreciate our customers for their patronage and
cooperation.
Offices of Services Unlimited, Inc. are
located in Pennsylvalia. All legal proceedings will be subject to
Pennsylvania laws. |
