Sirena espresso machine was made by Saeco for
Starbucks. It is not marketed by Starbucks any
longer.
We
sell parts and provide repairs. The
hydraulic system used Silicone re-enforced tubes which are
clamped with Oetiker clamps at both ends. This is a weak
design and cause of frequent leaks.

Special
instructions: Use coarser grind like
the size of table salt grain. Do not tamp. Just level the cup
with coffee grounds and lock the portafilter into the
group ring. Pull the handle all the way to the right. Turn
espresso hot water switch on. Crema filter pre-infuses
and builds extraction pressure to 9 bars. Always pull shots
of maximum 2 oz. within 10
seconds. |
